Quinn McRoberts

My love for food began long before nutrition became complicated. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen: helping my parents cook, experimenting with my own creations, and discovering the creativity, joy, and connection that food can bring into our lives.

As I grew up, my relationship with food and my body became more complicated. What began as a desire to change my body eventually developed into an eating disorder that took much of the joy out of something I had once loved. In 2020, I made the decision to pursue recovery through nutrition and therapy, a choice that changed my life.

Through recovery, I found my way back to the kitchen. I relearned how to cook, deepened my understanding of nutrition, and rediscovered the curiosity and creativity that had always drawn me to food. More importantly, I learned that nourishment is about so much more than what’s on your plate, it’s about building a life where you can feel good, enjoy food, and care for yourself without perfection.

Today, my passion is helping others discover that same confidence and joy. As a nutrition coach, I love making nutrition feel approachable, practical, and enjoyable—and I especially love teaching others how to bring that knowledge into their own kitchens.

My goal is simple: to help you build a nourished life that feels good, tastes good, and is sustainable for you.
