Frequently Asked Questions
-
A health or nutrition coach is a supportive guide who helps clients build sustainable habits around food, movement, and overall wellness. My coaching focuses on practical lifestyle changes, education, and accountability, not diagnosis or treatment.
-
My nutrition coaching is designed for everyone. I work mainly with women ages 18–35 who are looking to improve their relationship with food and knowledge of nutrition, but I work with anyone seeking a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food! I work with clients at various stages of health and tailor support to meet you where you are at.
-
No. Holistic nutrition coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. I work from a nutrition and education-based perspective and often encourage collaborative care alongside a therapist, physician, or dietitian when appropriate.
-
My approach is non-diet, weight-neutral, and education-informed. We focus on nourishment, balance, and rebuilding trust with your health and body rather than restriction, tracking, or rigid food rules. Whether in or out of the kitchen, my goal is to help you gain back your confidence around food.

-
Session frequency depends on the program you choose. Options range from short-term support to weekly, long-term care. Each program is structured to provide consistent guidance while honoring your capacity and needs.
-
Yes! I encourage meeting in person if possible, but all sessions are currently offered virtually as well, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.
-
Reaching your vision of optimal health looks different for everyone. There is no set timeline, and progress is not linear. My role is to support you through each phase with patience, consistency, and compassion.
-
I do not offer weight-loss-focused coaching. My work centers on healing your relationship with yourself and with food, improving overall well-being, and supporting your journey.
-
That’s okay! I offer short-term options for those who want support without a long commitment. We can explore what feels realistic and supportive for you.
